Summary
A doctor-appointment scheduling web app that replaces phone tag with online booking.

Booking a routine check-up usually means a slow back-and-forth of calls and messages to land on a time that works. I led research and UX/UI design on Hermine, a responsive web app that lets patients find a doctor by specialty, location, availability, and rating, book directly, and get reminders ahead of the appointment — while keeping doctors and staff in sync on the same schedule.
